About
Yael Bermudez is a native New Yorker from Queens, a freelance filmmaker, and aspsiring producer. She is currently in the first year of her MFA program where she's studying creative producing at Columbia University.
Within the last year, Yael has worked on several exciting projects including six episodes of Hulu's Only Murders in the Building, co-moderated the Video Art & Experimental Film Festival at Tribeca Film Center, and freelanced on several commercial shoots around the city.
In 2022, Yael is looking forward to debuting her first short film as well as sharing many of the graduate films she's produced and DP'd during her first year. When she's not in school or on set, you can find Yael thrifting in Brooklyn or catching BTS of her friend's live performances.
